Tecta America Corp. is pleased to announce the promotion of Jason Pierce to Operating Unit President of J Reynolds & Co., a Tecta America Company, LLC.

Jason joined J Reynolds in 2015 while attending Texas Tech, gaining experience in the shop and on roofing crews. After earning his bachelor’s degree in construction engineering in 2018, he transitioned into project management and steadily took on more responsibility across operations and estimating. His proven performance, in-depth knowledge of the business, strong leadership, and dedication to the team have made him an ideal choice for this well-earned promotion.

Jason succeeds Jared Wootton, under whose leadership the company achieved a 25% revenue increase over the previous year. Jared will remain with J Reynolds as Chief Financial Officer.
